The Twenty-Seventh Conference of the Parties (COP27), held in Egypt, was the setting where the Institute collaborated so that ministers and high authorities of agriculture in the Americas showed their common positions regarding the challenges of climate change. It was here that the first pavilion dedicated to the agricultural sector in the Americas was installed.

This platform is an updated knowledge bank on food safety for Caribbean micro and small agroprocessors, which provides access to more than 250 web resources around cultural aspects and basic concepts of food safety, supply chains , national regulatory frameworks and tests in national and regional laboratories, among others.
